Meditation Workshops are usually held on the last Saturday of the month and are open for both new and experienced meditators. We will hold the next of these on Saturday 23rd October (note, not the last Saturday!). We are limiting the number of participants to 15 to allow reasonable space for everyone, and if you would like to come please message us using the contact form on the menu. The workshop will run from 2pm-4.30pm.
We will post subsequent workshop dates later.
Sunday evening puja - meditation followed by a Dhamma talk. These are open to the public again but because of covid the format for the evening is a little different from how it used to be, as we will not include the chanting. We ask that you book in advance to let us know that you would like to come, so that we can manage the numbers (please message us using the contact form on the menu).
The evening begins at 7pm and is open to all, however we do not offer instruction for beginners - for this please come to a Saturday afternoon meditation workshop.
It is possible to come and visit or make offerings, preferably in the morning before the meal time (11.45am), or by arrangement at other times. The Dhamma Hall will be open for the anumodana for a short period before the meal. You can phone us on 01404 891251 or email prior to coming. At other times though, the buildings, including the Dhamma Hall, are not open. Thank you for your support and understanding.
